Maureen Boyce

Maureen Stancik Boyce is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Good Growth Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to this role, she served as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ignition Ventures, where she helped launch technology companies valued at over $1 billion originating from laboratories at MIT, Harvard, and Columbia. Her corporate background includes strategy and operations leadership as an Associate Partner at IBM and as a consultant for Bain & Company. At Good Growth Capital, Boyce recently helped close an oversubscribed $100 million third fund and maintains a portfolio where over 75% of founders are from underrepresented groups. Holding a PhD and MBA from MIT alongside a bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon, her current investment focus centers on pre-seed through Series B deep tech, life sciences, and green technology startups.
