Maurice Ferre, holding an MD from Harvard Medical School, is a physician, serial entrepreneur, and the Managing Partner at LF Investments, a private investment firm based in Miami, Florida. He leverages his clinical expertise to fund early-stage ventures across the biotechnology, digital health, and minimally invasive device markets. Previously, Ferre served as the Founder and CEO of Symbiosis Corporation, which was acquired by C.R. Bard, and held executive positions at Boston Scientific and Datascope. He also acted as Chairman of Cardiva Medical before its successful exit to Medtronic, and currently serves as an advisor and investor for more than 20 medtech startups. Since joining LF Investments in 2022, he has continued bridging commercial innovation with healthcare, recently speaking on AI at the September 2024 MedTech Innovator Summit and investing in a digital therapeutics startup in March 2025.
