Max-Josef Meier is a Munich-based angel investor and Venture Partner at both YZR Capital and M4 Capital. He previously co-founded the fashion e-commerce platform Stylight, serving as its Managing Director until the enterprise was acquired for 80 million euros in 2016. Following this initial exit, Meier established the automotive subscription startup FINN, where he operated as Chief Executive Officer for nearly four years. Under his leadership, the mobility company reached a valuation exceeding 500 million euros and secured approximately 700 million dollars in total funding. He officially stepped down from his executive position at FINN in April 2023, having previously earned his Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School in 2008. His current professional focus centers on providing early-stage venture capital and strategic scaling guidance to consumer-facing technology startups across the European market.
