Max Kausman

Max Kausman is the Founder of Stackforce and is currently based in Sydney, Australia. Before establishing his own entrepreneurial venture, he spent two years and four months operating as a Venture Capital Investor at Tidal Ventures from October 2020 until February 2023. Joining the venture capital firm as its first dedicated team member, he played a central role in expanding the organization's internal operations and overall investment capacity. During his tenure at Tidal Ventures, Kausman was directly responsible for sourcing prospective early-stage technology investments, leading formal deal execution processes, and providing ongoing strategic support to portfolio founders. Following his departure from the institutional investment sector, he transitioned into an operational capacity to launch Stackforce. His professional background combines direct startup execution with institutional capital allocation, maintaining a primary focus on building and scaling emerging technology enterprises.
