Max van de Blaak

Max van de Blaak is a Netherlands-based entrepreneur and investor currently serving as a Founding Partner at Lexar Partners. Before establishing the venture capital firm in 2022, he spent twelve years operating as the CEO of BLOS Kinderopvang. During his executive tenure, he scaled the childcare organization from an initial two locations with 30 employees to a national network of 300 facilities and 3,000 staff members through organic expansion and 35 strategic acquisitions. Prior to launching his current fund, he operated as an active independent investor, backing fast-growing technology startups such as Shypple and Goboony. He holds a bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration and a master's degree in Business Economics. His current focus centers on providing growth capital to scaling enterprises while leveraging his extensive operational background in the ICT and childcare sectors.
