Maxence Drummond

Maxence Drummond is the co-founder and CEO of malibou, an all-in-one payroll and HR software solution, based in Paris, France. He established the software company in October 2023 alongside his co-founder Alex to provide specialized human resources technology for French startups and small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to launching malibou, Drummond spent nearly five years in venture capital at Breega, where he progressed through multiple investment roles. He joined the firm as an Associate in November 2018 and was ultimately promoted to Partner in January 2023, serving in that capacity until September 2023. During his tenure at the venture firm, he also held positions as a Senior Associate and Principal between 2020 and 2023. Drummond's career currently focuses on scaling HR technology infrastructure after transitioning from his extensive background in European venture capital investing.
