Maxim Kraft

Maxim Kraft is the Co-founder of Vista Power, a clean energy startup backed by Y Combinator in the Winter 2024 batch. Established in 2023, the company focuses on enabling commercial businesses to transition to sustainable energy solutions and reduce their utility expenses without requiring upfront capital expenditures. Prior to his current venture, Kraft worked at SpaceX, where he executed profit improvement initiatives for the Starlink satellite internet constellation, and developed supply chain analytics infrastructure for aerospace manufacturer Rocket Lab. His entrepreneurial background includes co-founding Tour, a software startup he launched during high school that was subsequently acquired, before he earned dual degrees in Economics and Physics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2023. Kraft maintains a professional focus on the intersection of clean energy, aerospace engineering, and economic optimization to scale sustainable infrastructure technologies globally.
