Maximillian Jungreis

Maximillian Jungreis is the Head of Crypto and Digital Assets at Plug and Play Ventures, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, he leads the firm's web3 and blockchain investment vertical, connecting cross-border financial technology startups with a network of approximately 560 corporate partners across 47 global offices. Previously, he served as an investor leading the fintech vertical at Predictive VC and worked in China at Shenzhen Capital Group, the country's largest domestic venture capital firm. Additionally, Jungreis is a Founding Member of Stanford University’s Future of Digital Currency Initiative, where he collaborated with central banks and global corporations on digital currency research and standardization. Holding a business degree from George Washington University, his current focus centers on advancing international business development, central bank digital currencies, and enterprise blockchain adoption.
