Meghan Cross

Meghan Cross is a Partner at Amplifyher Ventures, where she leads investment strategy and operations for the early-stage venture capital firm. Over her 14-year venture career, she has executed more than 65 investments, including early stakes in recognizable companies like Lyft, Maven Clinic, and Grokstyle. Prior to her current role, Cross served as Managing Director at Red Bear Angels, where she directed a portfolio of over 25 early-stage deals. Her earlier operational background includes serving as a director at StyleCaster Media Group and executing marketing initiatives for Skype and Foursquare through Kaplow Communications. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University. Her current investment focus centers on early-stage, high-growth technology and healthcare companies led by female founders utilizing community-driven marketing and flywheel growth strategies.
