Meir Ukeles

Meir Ukeles is a founding partner at MoreVC, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Israel. He began his venture career in the mid-1990s at Jerusalem Global Ltd. before working as an investment banker and research analyst covering defense and industrial technology at SG Cowen from 2000 to 2004. Prior to his current role, he served as the chief financial officer of Sentry Technology Group Inc. and completed two tours as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces' Unit 8200 after earning a bachelor's degree from Columbia University. As an investor, he holds board member or observer positions at several portfolio companies, including Claroty, Grid4C, Lumos, and C2A Security, and previously backed Panoramic Power before its acquisition by Centrica. His current investment focus centers on identifying startups disrupting established markets within the energy technology, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors.
