Melissa Facchina

Melissa Facchina is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Siddhi Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on the food and beverage sector. She concurrently leads Siddhi Ops, Inc., a specialized outsourced operations firm she originally founded in March 2016 that has since served over 300 consumer packaged goods clients. Under her executive leadership, Siddhi Ops ranked 197th on the 2020 Inc. 500 list and was recognized as the fifth fastest-growing private company in the food and beverage category. Prior to establishing her own investment and operations firms, Facchina held strategic roles at ForceBrands in 2014 and spent her early career working in manufacturing at Johanna Foods, Inc. Drawing on more than 25 years of industry experience, her current focus centers on providing critical operational infrastructure and venture funding to high-growth consumer brands.
