Menelaos Mazakaris

Menelaos Mazakaris is a founding team member focusing on product and growth at Anon and an early-stage investor based in New York. Before joining Anon, he served as Head of Product and Investing Partner at Chapter One Ventures starting in June 2021, where he backed Web3 companies like MoonPay and ShapeShift DAO. Previously, Mazakaris worked as a Product Manager for civic products at Instagram from June 2020 to May 2021, following earlier product roles at Facebook and Google AI. He earned his degree from The Wharton School between 2014 and 2019, during which time he also worked as a corporate finance analyst and served as a European Union delegate at the United Nations. His current focus centers on developing national security startups and advising early-stage ventures across the artificial intelligence, blockchain, and defense sectors.
