Merouane Ounadjela

Merouane Ounadjela is currently an Analyst at Northpond Ventures, where he evaluates early-stage and growth investment opportunities across the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. Prior to his current position, he served as a Senior Analyst at the same firm and gained financial sector experience as an equity research intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co. His operational and advisory background includes co-founding the New York City branch of Nucleate, acting as a Venture Capital Ambassador for Alix Ventures, and holding strategic roles at DeciBio and Xontogeny. Ounadjela also worked as a research assistant in laboratories at Stanford University, building a strong technical foundation in biochemistry, physiology, and genome editing. He leverages his academic training as a biotechnology master's student to focus on investments in research tools, biomanufacturing, enabling platforms, preclinical drug characterization, and immuno-oncology.
