Michael Cassau is the Founder and CEO of SKROL, an enterprise acquisition firm based in Miami, United States. Before launching SKROL in early 2024, he founded Grover, a consumer electronics subscription platform that achieved unicorn status in April 2022 after securing €101 million in equity and €203 million in debt. Under his executive leadership, the technology rental company raised over $300 million in total funding from prominent institutional investors before his eventual exit. Earlier in his professional career, Cassau served as a Managing Director at Rocket Internet and worked as an Investment Professional at Goldman Sachs between 2012 and 2014. After studying economics and finance in Heidelberg and Copenhagen, he built a strong background in venture rollout operations. He is currently focused on utilizing artificial intelligence to acquire and modernize up to 5,000 small and medium-sized businesses globally.
