Michael Dimitruk

Michael Dimitruk is the Chief Operating Officer, Partner, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Dragoneer Investment Group in San Francisco, California. He helps oversee a technology-focused growth equity and venture capital firm managing over $17 billion in assets. The firm recently executed significant transactions under his leadership, including a $240 million Series F investment in Teamworks and a $200 million funding round for Tekion. Prior to joining Dragoneer, Dimitruk held legal and investment management positions at TPG Capital and Grandmaster Capital Management. He earned a Doctor of Law from Washington and Lee University School of Law, holds an economics degree from Denison University, and serves as a Tribute Committee Member for the Navy SEAL Foundation. His current focus centers on structuring investments across disruptive technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, enterprise software, financial services, and healthcare.
