Michael Gladstone

Michael Gladstone is a Partner at Atlas Venture, where he focuses on building and supporting new therapeutics companies. Before this role, he worked at LEK Consulting on biopharma strategy and conducted HIV vaccine research at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center after earning his Biochemical Sciences degree with highest honors from Harvard University. As an investor, he currently serves as a co-founder and board member for several biotechnology startups, including Caldera Therapeutics, Diagonal Therapeutics, and Kailera. His prior board experience includes guiding companies to significant acquisitions, such as Aiolos Bio, which was successfully acquired by GSK, and Versanis Bio, which was acquired by Lilly. Additionally, he held board seats at Day One Biopharmaceuticals and Third Harmonic Bio prior to their respective initial public offerings, while serving as a board observer for IFM Therapeutics and Obsidian Therapeutics.
