Michael J. Wiatr

Michael J. Wiatr is a Partner at Antler leading the firm's Denmark operations from Copenhagen, Denmark. He began his career as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and worked in real estate finance before transitioning into entrepreneurship and early-stage venture capital. Prior to his current position, Wiatr served on the leadership team of the Danish sustain-tech startup LastObject and operated as a co-founder, advisor, and angel investor across multiple ventures, achieving two exits. At Antler, he collaborates with the broader Nordics teams in Stockholm and Oslo, managing a regional portfolio that encompasses 102 investments selected from over 12,000 startup applications. He contributes to a global investment platform that supports more than 1,300 portfolio companies across 27 locations. Wiatr currently focuses on funding early-stage startups developing impact-driven and sustainable technologies throughout the Nordic region.
