Michael Mignano

Michael Mignano is a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners based in New York, where he focuses on early-stage consumer technology investments. Before joining Lightspeed in 2022, he co-founded and served as CEO of Anchor, a platform that powered over 75% of all podcasts before its 2019 acquisition by Spotify for approximately $150 million to $170 million. Following the acquisition, Mignano became the Head of Talk at Spotify, overseeing podcast and video initiatives, building on his prior experience as Vice President of Product at Aviary before its 2014 sale to Adobe. As an investor and advisor to more than 50 startups, his active portfolio includes high-profile artificial intelligence companies such as xAI, Neuralink, Suno, and Pika Labs.
