Michael Milstein

Michael Milstein is the Partner and Executive Chair at Company Ventures and the Chief Executive Officer of Milstein Properties, based in New York City. He co-founded the venture capital firm and startup advisory group, originally launched as Grand Central Tech in 2014, to integrate emerging technology enterprises with established corporate partners. In addition to his venture capital activities, he oversees a significant portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets across the Manhattan market through his leadership role at Milstein Properties. Milstein also serves as a senior executive at Emigrant Bank, where he directs strategic initiatives and digital transformation efforts for the largest privately held, family-owned financial institution in the United States. A graduate of Cornell University, Milstein currently focuses on bridging traditional real estate infrastructure with early-stage technology investments to foster urban economic development.
