Michael R. Nall

Michael R. Nall is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MidMarket Alliance and the Co-Founder of MidMarket.ai, operating out of the Greater Chicago Area. Prior to assuming his current executive positions, he founded the Alliance of M&A Advisors, building an organization dedicated to facilitating middle-market mergers and acquisitions. Nall has directed strategic initiatives at MidMarket Alliance since March 2020, and he recently expanded his professional affiliations by joining an AI-focused advisory group as a member in May 2024. His academic and professional credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Accounting and Management from Eastern Illinois University, alongside a Certified M&A Advisor designation completed through DePaul University. Throughout his career, Nall has maintained a specialized focus on middle-market business valuation, private company relationships, and the economic empowerment of small and mid-sized enterprises.
