Michael Rabil is a General Partner at Indicator Ventures based in San Francisco, California, where he invests in early-stage technology startups across North America. Before joining the firm in January 2024, he served as a Partner at Crosslink Capital from 2018 to 2023 and held earlier financial and operational roles at the payments company Square. Throughout his venture capital career, Rabil has backed more than thirty portfolio companies and guided multiple investments toward successful public market exits. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, and recently led a second-quarter 2025 investment in the artificial intelligence startup Replicate. His current investment focus centers on seed to Series B funding rounds for enterprises operating within the software-as-a-service, financial technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence infrastructure sectors.
