Michael Serotte

Michael Serotte is the Founder and Senior Partner at Serotte Immigration Law, where he specializes in providing legal services for startups and international entrepreneurs. He currently serves as the Immigration Counsel for several prominent university programs, including Stanford StartX, the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Duke Entrepreneurship Initiative. In addition to his university work, Serotte advises major tech accelerators such as Alchemist and the Founder Institute on complex immigration matters. Before establishing his independent legal practice to focus on the tech sector, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami and then completed his law degree. As an active member of the United States Alliance for International Entrepreneurs, his ongoing focus remains on navigating immigration frameworks to support the growth of entrepreneurship programs and tech accelerators.
