Michaela Hirsh

Michaela Hirsh is the Principal of Ventures at Intact Financial Corporation, assuming this strategic corporate venture investing role in April 2024. Prior to this, she worked in investment banking focusing on mergers and acquisitions at J.P. Morgan from 2014 to 2017, followed by a private equity role at The Blackstone Group until 2018. Hirsh subsequently served as an Investor at Insight Partners between 2018 and 2021, where she specialized in enterprise software and health technology investments. During her tenure at Insight Partners, she held Board Director positions at Covera Health and Force Therapeutics, while also acting as a Board Observer for Hinge Health and PDI Software. Earlier in her finance career, she spent two years as a Global Fixed Income Strategist at Desautels Capital Management and was a registered broker with two years of experience.
