Michał Borkowski is the Managing Partner at Inovo Venture Partners, based in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland. Since co-founding the firm in 2012, he has managed funds totaling over €100 million in assets under management and built a portfolio of more than 50 early-stage technology companies. In March 2024, he led the closing of Inovo Venture Partners' third fund at €67 million to target investments across Central and Eastern Europe. His investment track record includes backing regional technology startups such as DocPlanner, Booksy, and Brainly. Holding a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology, he recently contributed to the 2025 Tech.eu report on European venture capital trends. As an active investor, Borkowski currently focuses on funding early-stage enterprise software, fintech, and artificial intelligence startups scaling out of the European ecosystem.
