Michelle Garland is a Partner at AlleyCorp and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Soul Search Partners, based in New York, New York. In her venture capital role, she focuses on seeding early-stage digital health and fintech companies, typically deploying investment checks ranging from $1 million to $3 million. Through her boutique executive search firm, she specializes in recruiting C-suite leadership teams for venture capital and private equity-backed healthcare organizations. Previously, she spent 19 years at Daversa Partners establishing its digital health headhunting practice, following a decade-long journalism career with Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal. Garland holds a Bachelor of Science from the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas. She currently combines her dual background in executive recruitment and early-stage investing to support emerging digital health companies.
