Michelle Sung

Michelle Sung is an Investment Associate at Teachers' Venture Growth, the late-stage venture arm of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, based in Canada. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has been responsible for enabling the execution of its global fund strategy and supporting investment initiatives. Prior to this role, Sung served as an Associate at BDC Capital, the venture capital division of the Business Development Bank of Canada. During her tenure there, she specialized in conducting due diligence and executing portfolio monitoring protocols for fund managers operating across the Canadian venture ecosystem. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, graduating on the Dean's Honor List, and earned her designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant. Sung's current focus remains centered on venture capital fund management, financial oversight, and strategic portfolio evaluation within institutional investment platforms.
