Mik Attisani

Mik Attisani is a Partner at 4founders, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Berlin, Germany. Prior to his current position, he co-founded and managed operations for multiple technology startups and held investment roles at High-Tech Gründerfonds, following his business administration studies at LUISS University. Through his tenure at 4founders, Attisani has backed more than 50 companies, contributing to notable European exits involving prominent startups such as the grocery delivery platform Flink and the agricultural technology company Infarm. In March 2025, he led the successful close of the firm's €100 million Fund III, subsequently directing capital into early-stage ventures like the artificial intelligence startup Grokify during the first quarter of 2026. Attisani maintains a current focus on financing European founders who are developing business-to-business software and hardware solutions across the deep tech, artificial intelligence, and climate technology sectors.
