Mike Brown Jr

Mike Brown Jr. is the Founder and General Partner at Bowery Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York, USA. Before establishing Bowery Capital, he served as a Co-Founder and General Partner at AOL Ventures, where he directed early-stage investments in enterprise software and technology startups. His earlier financial career includes working as an investor at the corporate investment arm of Richard Branson’s Virgin Group and starting as an equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and maintains active civic involvement by serving on the board of directors for the National Forest Foundation, Cornell Cooperative Extension, and the Columbia College Alumni Association. His current investment strategy focuses exclusively on funding next-generation business-to-business software companies that drive digital transformation and legacy system replacement cycles.
