Mike Edelhart

Mike Edelhart is the Managing Partner at early-stage venture capital funds Social Starts and Joyance Partners, based in San Francisco, California. Leveraging over four decades of industry experience, he previously served as Executive Vice President at Ziff-Davis, where he co-founded PC Magazine in the 1980s and oversaw the company's extensive product testing labs. Edelhart subsequently directed content for major technology conferences at SoftBank and held Chief Executive Officer positions at multiple operating companies, including Olive Software, Inman News, and Zinio. In addition to his executive roles, he operated as a Partner at the multi-stage venture fund Redleaf, authored more than 20 books, and provided strategic consulting services for global institutions such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
