Mike Sherman

Mike Sherman is a Managing Partner at Chrysalix Venture Capital based in Vancouver, Canada. With over 25 years of experience as an early-stage technology angel investor, former founder, and venture capital professional, he has helped raise more than $300 million across multiple investment vehicles. Working alongside firm founder Wal van Lierop, Sherman recently helped launch a $146 million fund in partnership with Delft University's RoboValley to target investments in 15 to 20 intelligent automation startups. His broader investment portfolio encompasses clean technology and energy enterprises, featuring notable allocations in companies such as Burnaby-based General Fusion and New Jersey-based Liquid Light. He is also involved with the recently filed Chrysalix Carbon Neutrality Fund, expanding the firm's climate initiatives.
