Mike Wadhera is the Managing Partner at Bolt VC, a health tech-focused venture fund based in New York City. Before transitioning to venture capital, he co-founded Talkspace, an online therapy platform that completed its initial public offering in 2021 after reaching over 100 million users globally. He also founded Zeel, an on-demand wellness service that served more than 1 million clients prior to its successful exit in 2021. Earlier in his professional career, Wadhera held advisory roles at McKinsey & Company and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. At Bolt VC, he recently launched the firm's $50 million Fund II in March 2025 to back early-stage startups across the digital health sector.
