Mike Wiacek

Mike Wiacek is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stairwell, an enterprise cybersecurity company based in Mountain View, California. Prior to establishing Stairwell in 2020, he co-founded Chronicle, a specialized security analytics startup incubated within Alphabet that was subsequently integrated into the Google Cloud platform. During his preceding thirteen-year tenure at Google, Wiacek created and managed the Google Threat Analysis Group, an elite internal security team dedicated to identifying and neutralizing state-sponsored cyber espionage campaigns. Under his executive leadership, Stairwell has successfully secured more than $65 million in total venture capital funding, which includes a $45 million Series B financing round to accelerate the deployment of its threat detection technologies. His professional background centers on engineering advanced malware analysis platforms and scaling critical enterprise security infrastructure to defend against increasingly sophisticated global cyber threats.
