Milan Shen

Milan Shen is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Centauri AI, a financial technology platform based in Stanford, California. She holds a doctorate in Statistics from Stanford University and began her career as a data scientist at Twitter in 2014. Shen subsequently spent four years at Airbnb leading data science initiatives for pricing and forecasting across more than one million listings, before joining Meta as a senior research scientist manager from 2019 to 2023. At Meta, she directed the deployment of a privacy-preserving artificial intelligence solution for Facebook Ads that generated over $500 million in annual incremental revenue. In 2023, she co-founded Centauri AI, which participated in Y Combinator's Winter 2024 batch and currently operates with a five-person team. Her current focus centers on developing artificial intelligence solutions for asset management, private credit, and structured finance.
