Mili Ibrulj

Mili Ibrulj currently serves as a Partner at Fil Rouge Capital and is the Co-Founder of Granular Group, a consultancy focused on data-driven growth and analytics. With over eight years of professional experience in management and marketing across Western Europe, he specializes in implementing analytics-based growth optimization for emerging technology companies. Ibrulj previously directed the SEO and digital analytics faculty at the HUB385 academy and served as a guest lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, where he also completed his formal business education. In his venture capital capacity, he has actively supported more than 140 investments and mentored dozens of regional startups to improve their digital platforms and customer acquisition strategies. His current focus centers on scaling early-stage enterprises through marketing technology, e-commerce optimization, and machine learning applications across the banking, travel, and software-as-a-service sectors.
