Mili Raina

Mili Raina is a Senior Associate at Crossbeam Venture Partners, where she has focused on early-stage venture capital investments since June 2022. In her current role, she evaluates and supports startups operating at the intersection of financial services, internet economies, and healthcare payments. She actively researches emerging market segments, recently authoring investment insights on aging-in-place technologies, home modifications, novel financing structures, and solutions to combat senior fraud. Before joining Crossbeam, Raina built her financial and operational expertise through roles at prominent institutions including Goldman Sachs, Salesforce, Moelis Asset Management, and Rillet Private Equity. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and recently served as a judge at the 2024 MBA East competition. Her current focus remains on providing capital, recruiting assistance, and strategic business development guidance to founders building next-generation financial and healthcare infrastructure.
