Min Teo

Min Teo is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Ethereal Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on decentralized technologies. She began her career in traditional finance at Credit Suisse, where she spent nine years from 2008 to 2017 rising from Associate to Executive Director in institutional sales and trading across Hong Kong and Singapore. Transitioning into the startup ecosystem, Teo founded a UK payments company, served as a part-time partner at Y Combinator, and later became a Partner of Venture Investments at ConsenSys. In 2021, she co-founded Ethereal Ventures as a spin-out from ConsenSys Labs, leading seed investments in prominent blockchain entities such as EigenLayer, Aztec, and Rho Business Banking. Teo leverages her academic foundation from the University of Toronto to bridge traditional finance and crypto ecosystems, currently focusing on Ethereum infrastructure and decentralized finance.
