Minh Q. Tran

Minh Q. Tran is the Managing Partner at Mandalore Partners and Co-Founder of Odysseus Alternative Ventures, based in Paris, France. With over twenty years of venture capital and entrepreneurial experience, he previously served as a General Partner at AXA Strategic Ventures, where he helped launch a €200 million global fund and directed early-stage investments, including a $1 million allocation to Evercontact. He also founded AXA Factory, successfully scaling the corporate seed fund from €10 million to €400 million in total assets under management. Earlier in his career, Tran held prominent investment roles as a Venture Partner at Truffle Capital, a Director at Nokia Ventures Organization, and an investor at Bertelsmann Ventures. Holding an MBA from INSEAD, Tran currently focuses his investment strategy on early-stage technology startups operating within the insurtech, fintech, and proptech sectors.
