Mircea Pasoi

Mircea Pasoi is the current Head of Engineering at Brain Co, an emerging technology company. Previously, he served as the Head of Identity Engineering at Coinbase and the Head of Growth Engineering at Novi Financial. His engineering leadership experience extends across the social media and cryptocurrency sectors, including key technical roles at prominent platforms such as Twitter and Clubhouse. As a two-time founder, Pasoi established and led Alien Labs as Chief Executive Officer, ultimately achieving two successful startup exits throughout his broader entrepreneurial career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest and actively allocates capital as an angel investor in early-stage technology ventures. Today, Pasoi primarily focuses on scaling global engineering teams and driving complex technical development within the consumer social and digital asset industries.
