Mitch Garber is a Montreal, Canada-based active investor, corporate director, and minority owner of the NHL Seattle Kraken who collaborates with private equity firms Apollo and TPG. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of major gaming and payment enterprises, including Optimal Payments, PartyGaming Plc, and Caesars Acquisition Company, where he oversaw Playtika Ltd. He currently holds board positions at Rackspace Technology and Shutterfly Inc., and completed a four-year term as the inaugural Chairman of Invest in Canada from 2018 to 2022. An alumnus of McGill University and the University of Ottawa, Garber is also a prominent philanthropist who led a $55 million Centraide campaign and a $130 million Combined Jewish Appeal initiative. His current focus centers on guiding international technology, gaming, and sports investments while managing his family foundation and broader philanthropic efforts.
