Mitchell Green

Mitchell Green is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lead Edge Capital in Santa Barbara, California, where he oversees all firm activities and serves on three internal committees. Focusing his strategy on enterprise software, SaaS, and consumer technology, he has led or co-led significant investments in prominent companies like Alibaba Group, Asana, and ByteDance. Before establishing his current venture capital firm, Green worked as an Analyst at Bessemer Venture Partners, served on the investment team at Eastern Advisors, and held investment banking roles at UBS. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Wharton School. Outside of his primary duties, he is recognized as a World Economic Forum Partner and serves on the board of the United States Ski and Snowboard Foundation.
