Mo Garad

Mo Garad is a co-founder and General Partner at Venture Guides, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. He established the investment firm in 2023 alongside former Bain Capital Ventures executives Ben Nye and Ben Holzman to pursue early-stage market opportunities. Prior to launching this independent entity, Garad developed his institutional investment background during his professional tenure at Bain Capital Ventures, where he worked closely with his future founding partners. Under their collective leadership, Venture Guides has rapidly scaled its total assets under management, successfully closing its second investment vehicle with $262 million in committed capital in April 2025. Garad currently focuses on deploying this newly raised capital into early-stage companies, utilizing his extensive institutional background to identify and financially support emerging startups across the broader venture capital ecosystem.
