Moawia Eldeeb is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tempo, an artificial intelligence fitness company based in New York City. Before launching the technology startup in 2015 at the age of 20, he worked as a personal trainer at the YMCA and earned a computer science degree from Columbia University on a full academic scholarship. Under his leadership, Tempo developed a smart home gym system utilizing computer vision for real-time form tracking, rep counting, and personalized workout recommendations. Eldeeb guided the hardware and software enterprise through significant market expansion during the global at-home fitness boom, securing a $60 million Series B in 2020 and a $220 million Series C funding round in 2021. His current professional focus remains on integrating advanced artificial intelligence and computer vision technology into consumer hardware to scale personalized fitness training globally.
