Mohamed Hamdy

Mohamed Hamdy is the Managing Partner at Further Ventures, where he directs seed and growth-stage investments across the technology and finance sectors. Bringing twenty years of experience in venture capital and private equity, he has developed four distinct venture capital funds and launched three startup accelerator programs. Before transitioning into institutional investing, he operated as a financial technology entrepreneur who achieved a successful exit from his own startup. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive roles across private, sovereign, and public entities, building a track record of recruiting specialized talent to scale emerging businesses. He currently chairs multiple portfolio companies at Further Ventures and is scheduled as a speaker at the Consensus Hong Kong 2025 conference. Hamdy maintains a primary focus on identifying early-stage fintech ventures and guiding them through their operational expansion.
