Molly McFadden

Molly McFadden is currently a Partner at Sequoia Capital based in San Francisco, California, where she focuses on early-stage enterprise software and financial technology investments. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2018, she spent four years as a technology investment banker at Goldman Sachs, advising on corporate mergers and acquisitions exceeding $2 billion in total transaction value. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and previously led core product management initiatives at Stripe. Over the past six years, McFadden has directed capital from a $500 million seed fund into more than 15 portfolio companies, including early backing for startups founded by former Airbnb executives. Her current professional focus remains on identifying and scaling infrastructure technology platforms while actively serving on the board of directors for several emerging enterprise software ventures.
