Molly O'Shea

Molly O'Shea is a Partner at The Venture Collective based in San Francisco, California, where she leads seed and Series A investments across the broader technology sector. She previously served as an investor at Initialized Capital and held operational roles at the logistics startup Postmates prior to its $2.65 billion acquisition by Uber in 2020. O'Shea holds a Computer Science degree from Stanford University and currently manages an active portfolio consisting of more than 20 early-stage companies.
