Monica O'Neill

Monica O'Neill is a Partner at MetaProp Ventures based in Washington, D.C., where she oversees investor relations for institutional clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, she served as Partner and Head of Investor Relations at real estate private equity firms AEW and Tristan Capital Partners. Over her 30-year career in real estate investment management, she has personally raised more than $10 billion for emerging and mid-sized investment firms in the United States and Europe. At MetaProp, she works alongside co-founder Aaron Block to build the institutional client program for a venture capital platform that has invested in over 130 property technology companies and generated $107 billion in enterprise value. Her current focus centers on expanding global institutional fundraising and managing capital market strategies within the rapidly growing PropTech sector.
