Monique Idlett-Mosley

Monique Idlett-Mosley is the Managing Partner of Reign Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm she founded in 2017 to invest in women- and minority-led startups. Over a professional career spanning more than two decades, she has operated as a chief executive officer, founder, and strategic advisor across the entertainment, marketing, and public relations sectors. Prior to 2004, she directed comprehensive sales, marketing, and public relations campaigns while brokering major corporate partnerships for high-profile clients and global brands, including Kanye West, Pepsi, and Verizon. Her broader executive portfolio includes serving as a United Nations Foundation representative for the mPowering Mobile movement and acting as a surrogate for Gucci’s CHIME FOR CHANGE philanthropic initiative. Currently, her primary professional focus centers on deploying early-stage capital to support historically underrepresented founders building scalable technology and consumer enterprises.
