Murilo Narciso

Murilo Narciso is the Co-founder and CEO of Zazos, an HR technology startup based in São Paulo, Brazil. Founded in 2021 and backed by Y Combinator, Zazos operates with a team of nine employees to develop customizable human resources software. Previously, Narciso served as the Head of People at Quero Education, managing human resources operations as the company scaled from 150 to over 700 employees. During his tenure there, he built Rio, an internal HR application that achieved a 70 percent weekly usage rate among the staff. Before entering the commercial technology sector, he spent sixteen years as a Pilot-Officer in the Brazilian Air Force and earned a computer engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica. His professional career combines military leadership and software engineering with a current focus on automating people management and payroll processes.
