Murray Bleach

Murray Bleach is the Chair and Co-founder of Tidal Ventures and the Co-founder and Chairman of AddVenture Fund, based in the Greater Sydney Area, Australia. Prior to his current venture capital roles, he accumulated over 30 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and fund management, including serving as Executive Vice President at Bankers Trust Australia. He also held senior leadership positions at the global financial institutions IFM and Macquarie Group. Throughout his extensive career, Bleach has provided strategic governance across multiple sectors, acting as Chairman for Energy Action Limited and the fintech lending platform Society One. Additionally, he has previously served as a Non-Executive Director for Eraring Energy, Strongform, and Benojo. His current professional focus centers on providing seed-stage venture capital and strategic board guidance to early-stage technology, energy, and fintech companies.
