Musa Aqeel

Musa Aqeel is the Founder of TypeOS, an early-stage artificial intelligence software company based in Toronto, Canada. Prior to establishing his current venture, he founded VibeGrade, an automated grading agent designed specifically for educators that processed and evaluated over 12,000 student essays globally. The operational scale of this initial educational technology platform subsequently earned him media coverage and industry recognition in Forbes. A college dropout who transitioned directly into the technology sector, Aqeel previously acquired foundational engineering experience working as a Software Developer at Dayforce and completing a technical internship with COBWEB at the University of Toronto. He recently advanced his entrepreneurial trajectory by securing acceptance into the Y Combinator Spring 2025 cohort to accelerate product development. His current focus remains centered on engineering scalable artificial intelligence applications that enhance productivity and streamline complex educational workflows.
